.reload enhancement #65

Suggested by Gregarious of Eternal-WoW:

Best-case scenario for the NPC reload is to have it .reload creature_template 
<targeted creature>. Since this table can only reload a specific creature, and 
it's not in the .reload list on the GM tab (I assume), its functionality and 
location would be perfect for the NPC tab.
