Your Operating System and Version (Windows, Linux, etc): irelevant

What was the expected output?
Show tooltip on chat linked spells

What do you see instead?

TCA wont show the output tooltip, it learns you the spell instead
(no combination available for different behavior (shift,alt,ctrl + left/right 
click)

I would like to see the tooltips as GM too :/

and Misc/ Enable tooltips doesn't seems to be working

Found my problem in lua scripts. But, it would be great to have the popup 
available as default with key modificator for autolearn prom chat
