Solves #3, see also #2.

Installs prettier and eslint-config-prettier (makes prettier and eslint play well together)
Adds a Git workflow to check if all files are formatted by prettier on push
Formats everything, mostly adding trailing commas and double quotes

Requesting a review (from anyone really) in case my config is wonky, will merge in a couple of days otherwise.
