Hello!

With this pull request you can migrate all your doc to gh-pages with asciidoctor help. All you need is to define GITHUB_TOKEN env var in travis with personal token with public_repo rights.

Now tests turned off because of they crash jvm in travis. https://travis-ci.org/lanwen/BridJ/builds
