VSCode {N} debugger hangs if build of app fails #206

VSCode extension v.2018.9.12.1 CLI v.4.3.0 When executing launch of app from {N} debugger , if build or launch fail by some reason, the {N} debugger hangs and becomes unusable. I have to restart the VSCode to make it run again. Steps to reproduce:

tns create MyAppp.
Make changes in MyApp that will fail build.
Run Launch on Android

Test Steps:

create new blank project
break app-gradle in app/App_resources/Android
try to lunch on android
build failed but vscode did not hang
now fix the problem and build again - finished successfully

Tested against: Build version: v.2018.10.10.1 Commit id: 50f3a8151222f20d240ef7b2cc036b85464b9c30 NativeScript CLI: 4.2.4
