First pass at single image upload to s3 #49

This PR adds the ability to upload a single featured-image.

[ ] create tickets for future work
- [ ] Add back multiple images and do away with preSigned upload URLs so we can preprocess images on the server.
- [ ] Add image drag-and-drop rather than just "click to upload"

I fix the Maps / Link bug in the other PR, I'll add error handling there too as I refactor toast notifications!
