Popup edit window doesn't show

Hi,

I'm using MVC 4 and I want to implement actions buttons with this:

1. In user-side mode everything works perfekt.
2. When I'm changing mode to server-side and insert button code into cell (with 
"aoColumnDefs" function) nothing works.

Here is my script code:
