Clean up build workflow #2

Either modify existing github action to build and then upload, or figure out how to have a separate action that builds and then can upload.

TLDR: Remove the need to track html in git.

Update this probably isn't worth the effort, would need to set up GH actions with homebrew machine or figure out another complex install.
