Add Cardboard to Compositors #7

This looks like a neat project! Thank you for the submission. I'd like to wait a bit before adding it to awesome-wayland, because Cardboard self brands itself as:

currently a Work In Progress, not suitable for day to day use

I'm trying to keep this list focused on Wayland things people can use well today! I'm definitely open to keeping this PR open for a while though and merging in once the Cardboard project gets further along.

Looks like Cardboard has progressed to "ready for day to day use" so I'm going to merge this in now!
