Adding gwt-cal to a Maven repository is, AFAIK, straight forward. Is that what
you're asking for? To have gwt-cal in the Maven Central repository?

After investigating a little bit here is what I've discovered so far:

For the project to be available in the "Maven Central Repository" is not
possible to have dependencies to other repositories (see
http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-central-repository-upload.html). The
problem is that GWT-Cal depends from GWT-Dnd, which have this issue open
(http://code.google.com/p/gwt-dnd/issues/detail?id=60) regarding availability
of the project in a Maven repository.

That basically blocks us to use the "Maven Central Repository" until the
GWT-Dnd issue is solved

The alternative would be to use the "gwt-maven-repo" but there doesn't seem to
be any documentation to do it directly, so we depend from 3rd party developers
to do it.

The other alternative, which seems to be the most possible right now (at least
until the point 1 is solved) is to have our own repository in the SVN
structure, but then any developer wanting to use GWT-Cal will need to add a new
repository manually to their maven settings, but that's a minimal problem since
can be easily documented

My 2 cents.

Request already created to host gwt-cal in a public maven repository. I expect
to have it ready in the next days

GWT-Cal 0.9.3.1 is available in the OSS Sonatype Maven repository.

Should be available in the central repository in the next days.

Note: This version is the same as 0.9.3. The version change was done simply due
to needed changes in the pom file.

Hi Ahmed,

GWT 1.5 is quite old, I'm not sure of some of the oldest gwt-cal version would
work. Also is better if you ask these questions in the newsgroup ;)

Regards

I not found the new version 0.9.4 in the maven central repository ?
http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Ca%3A%22gwt-cal%22
There are just the 0.9.3.1 version.
Is there an other name ?
