update or appointment deletion rollback bug #130

ADD appointment in its clone method.

Reproducting bug.

1) drag an appointment which as the property id set
2) cancel update.
3) select the appointment.
=> NullPointerException on getting the id because the apppointment clone does 
not clone the ID property.

Hi Luciano,

This looks like a duplicate from issue 88. Which version of GWT-Cal are you 
using? Can you attach an stack trace
of the NullPointerException?
