Enhancement Request - Additional Localization (zip attached) #161

I requested that our localization team produce localizations for gwt-cal for 
the languages our product supports that gwt-cal currently doesn't have 
localizations for.  The attached .zip file contains 17 additional 
CalendarConstant properties file that we'd like to see included as part of the 
gwt-cal distribution.

Sorry about the comment at the top of each file.  I didn't notice before I 
posted them that they ALL said English (which they're not.)  There content 
should be correct, based on the locale included as part of the file names.

Done in r416. I've also fixed all the comments to indicate the proper locale.
