Adding an Image to an Appointment #56

Description of the new feature:
I'd like to be able to add images to appointments and be able to display an 
appointments associated image instead of it's title in the month view.

I am trying to figure out if this'd be a lot of work or not.

Actually I'd be happy with dropping an image tag into the title, but when I do 
that 
the tag gets escaped out.  Is there an easy work around for that?

I'm merging this w/ issue 48, which requests to render html in an appointments 
header
