We'll soon have other JMS vendors to support (likely software AG and TIBCO) so lets rebrand this repo to indicate it supports multiple JMS vendors as we add and test.

[ ] Adjust documentation / Readme to have a common section and then vendor specific sections.
[x] Refactor and rename code where appropriate. Keep JMS code pure to spec, and isolate vendor specific code. (N/A - it's already generic)
