Add (hidden) 'audit' command #1028

Add new audit command, not fully baked, but useful to gather some initial feedback from users.

2 subcommands:

gather pulls a number of artifacts from a cluster into a zip-file useful for debugging
analyze runs a set of checks against a gather archive, highlighting potential problems (unhealthy servers, mismatching server versions, resources hitting capacity limits, ...)

@ripienaar this is in shape for a review

Notice it's 2 commits, one of which will be discarded (temporary package renaming) once you're happy with the shape of things and I open an actual (non-draft) PR.

@ripienaar I believe i addressed everything. Squashed to 1+1 commits since the second one is tangential to audit
