Feature Request: Add number seperators for easier reading of large numbers #39

Currently, NATS NUI shows very large numbers like i.e. the bytes in a stream as a long list of digits like 398743558793. Such numbers are hard to read without any separators. It might be a good idea to add separators like 398.743.558.793.
