ASVCF version #56

Hi Natsuhiko, I have recently re-installed rasqual on a new server from scratch from github but the ASVCF folder is somehow an older version than the one in your github and looks like it is this older version: https://github.com/kauralasoo/rasqual/tree/master/src Do you know why and how to fix it? Thank you!

Nevermind, I re-installed if again and the problem was fixed
