This command format is used to cover a variety of potential issues with commands. For example, in this case, the user attempts to create a budget with an amount $0. The error message does not tell the user what is wrong in a way that is sufficiently helpful.

Team's Response

The reason why the error message says its an invalid command format is because it is an invalid command format. The end date should be of prefix "ed/" and not "e/". As can be seen in the parameters and the example provided. If the end date prefix is specified properly, then the amount error message would be shown as what you had expected. i have provided the example please refer.
