User themes dropdown textures #3461

This checks for a brew thumbnail on a "user theme brew" and uses that thumbnail as the 'background texture' in the Theme dropdown menu.

Git note: Something to me seems a little 'off' about my git setup right now, and I'm still trying to figure it out a little bit. My intention is that this branch is a branch from @dbolack-ab's #3321. So this would get merged into his branch, then his branch would be merged into naturalcrit/homebrewery:master.

But right now, it appears that I this is setup to merge directly into that base repo, and i cannot find @dbolack-ab 's fork/branches in github's menus. I just can't solidly remember what it's looked like in the past.

At the end of the day, I dont care if the code is "merged" or if someone just copy/pastes it into the @dbolack-ab 's branch.

actually i'm going to close this and try again, the git thing is really messing with me.
