What happened?

As of this writing, there are an unknown number of snippets that should be relocated to the Blank theme as part of the V3 theming engine.

Some will have associated style code that needs to be copied, not relocated, with changes to the style to de-emphasize 5e where necessary.

Index as well. No reason that should be a PHB thing.

Covers could be done as a basic example too for the blank theme, like the previous cover snippet we had, just a big title in the middle and a footnote.

while we are at it we should include a few more page sizes in style snippets, it should be easy.
