For some families in the monocots there are no fossils to calibrate with. We need to come up with an approach for this. Here are some options:

maybe we can obtain a secondary calibration point on the basis of a larger tree
maybe there are calibration points in timetree.org
maybe we can do something with "relative time"?

In any case, for the time being:

[x] do not ultrametricize
[x] store the non-ultrametric tree on github
[x] make a note of the taxa where this is happening

All ultrametricized trees are discarded. Timetree.org is used for secondary calibration points. Fossil_reference file contains all the information about the calibrations points that used in every phylogeny.
