This repository is used to track the entire BPEXA group process, including the meeting minutes (notulen). These should therefore be added to the repository, as follows:
[ ] with a descriptive name, e.g. doc/<YYYY>-<MM>-<DD>-minutes.md, so, in the doc folder, with a file name that begins with an ISO-8601 date
[ ] in markdown syntax, with the *.md file extension
