add statistical analysis scripts #1

add scripts that read spreadsheet data and perform PCAs on them.

c3f4850f05d4e8294424fa6b3aa82a07d8b316c9 Added a script here. Github makes the code look weird, but copying the raw file and plugging it into R studio (What I'll be working with) should make it work.

Edit: Just noticed some small grammar mistakes and random dutch in the file. Will update if necessary

added a new script at this location. Updated to work with Saskia's output files with 999 clusters.

Also improved some parts such as the variation check and cleaned up comments.
