Add taxonomic tree

Add taxonomic tree of butterfly species, based on Jan Moonen's identification file.

A taxonomic tree made using Mesquite, annotated with Paint.

contains all 27 species Jan Moonen identified, and also includes all taxonomic data I could find.

Great! Ok, this needs to following additions:

• the specific epithet is lowercase
• the number of photos for each species at the tips
• the result not as a picture but as a NEXUS data file in the repository
