This repository is a bit messy, the data should be re-organized in a more sensible way. In addition, a branch gh-pages should be created to store the HTML of the 3D PCAs so that people can view them in the browser without having to download.

Instead of creating a gh-pages branch, a README.md file was added to the Rstudio output directories, with links to view the 3D plots directly.
