Beagle not found #107

Hi, I'm trying to run SUPERSMART using docker. When working with cladeinfer, beagle appears to be unlinked from BEAST1.7. Is there any way to (i) not require beagle or (ii) install correctly beagle? Thank you

Hi, beagle does not seem to be available anymore on google-code, the image that is on docker hub might still have tried to download it from there. There is a recent image tagged ‘level’ on docker hub (https://hub.docker.com/r/naturalis/supersmart/), have you tried this one?

Hi, You're right. However, the docker hub ('level') is still requiring beagle. I did a manual installation but was a bit tricky. Is not a big deal but it would worth to correct it. Thanks!

Dear cromanpa94, could you provide some guidance about manually installing beagle in docker? I am trying to use supersmart and when I reach the point to use *BEAST I get a message that reads: "Failed to load BEAGLE library: no hmsbeagle-jni in java.library.path Error running file: clade0-beast-in.xml Fatal exception: No acceptable BEAGLE library plugins found. Make sure that BEAGLE is properly installed or try changing resource requirements. java.lang.RuntimeException: No acceptable BEAGLE library plugins found. Make sure that BEAGLE is properly installed or try changing resource requirements."

Many thanks in advance. A
