In the angiosperm common tree there are some leaves that end up with an empty string in the newick description. Haven't a clue why.

The simplification as of 071f41e95359e2b55d8ca68f45f9fbd4d2d6ebd0 should fix this issue, though we haven't tested this yet for the Angiosperms.

As far as I know this happened for two examples: Orchids and angiosperms. For the orchids it is fixed, haven't tested it for the angiosperms yet.

Ok, let's close this for now. I don't think we should try to run the angiosperms before we submit.
