For embedded API documentation, and documentation for scripts, unit tests t/pod.t and t/pod-coverage.t should pass, which they don't at present.

As of revision e87ee6fb0b3e3af6177b4e6e5ac34e4771400303 All *.pm modules now have embedded documentation, which means unit tests t/pod.t and t/pod-coverage.t now pass.

As of revision 73895cfff2eb034324d2d462c00c252e895692ca, all *.pl scripts now have embedded documentation, which is validated by t/pod.t.

Added a brief INSTALL file, now closing this assuming that the examples will give additional documentation.
