add speciesgeocoder to VM (and to the docker container), i.e. update the puppet for VM, fork that into a puppet for docker
add http://www.mapequation.org/bioregions/ to VM

The R package speciesgeocodeR is in the puppet, an infomaps bioregions is an online tool, I think I can therefore close this.
