Finalize Digital PDF #228

From reader:

"If you'd make the cover the first page of the pdf it will look great in iBooks. Also it might be possible to add Author and adjacent Metadate to the pdf for these Apps"

I'll do this after I have the print version done. I'll also make the margins even on each side for the "digital PDF"?

A cover for the pdf would be cool! A bit narrower margins might be good for reading the book on screen. Finally, hyperlinked toc and index would be absolutely insane! Great work!

Thanks, I narrowed the margins as much as I could, but the code and code comments require a fairly wide space. The nice thing is that the PDF is generated via CSS so I'd be happy to make one with even narrower margins for people to download. It just might have some formatting errors here and there.

The TOC and index are hyperlinked! Click on page numbers and you'l see!

Ah strange. It seems to be my PDF reader (Skim/Mac) that had a problem with the hyperlinks (Usually links work in Skim). And thanks, extra narrow margin version will be great!

Hopefully the new Atlas build system will take care of this.
