p. xiii, syllabus and page break #238

Is it possible to put the whole syllabus after the page break, on p. xiv?

in general i'm trying to avoid individually typesetting each page and instead set up rules that generate the fewest issues / orphans. But CSS is doing weird things and here I just manually inserted a page break. Someday I'll fix.
