Errata Page #1017

I would like to keep track of any changes I made to the "content" when fixing small errors and things. I think it makes sense to just keep this as a markdown page somewhere in this repo. The fixes will actually show up on the website, but we could link to the markdown file from somewhere on the website.

We should probably link to the errata page from somewhere on the website? (Also, note to self to share this with no starch press)

Add something to the text of the introduction to reference the errata, also I should add an explanation of how people should file issues and not PRs, and also check daniel@natureofcode.com email to make sure it is set up. Also reference this in the main README perhaps.
