[Bug] Spawners not working properly #100

Game Version/Launcher: 1.16.4 optifine

Bug Description: I've been gathering blaze spawners from the nether in order to make a blaze farm, but when I placed down the spawner it turned into a pig spawner. Not only that, when I tried to pick it up it simply just disappeared.

The entire spawner system has been completely revamped with the Spawner Crafting System's release. The above mentioned behavior should not happen in the future.
