[Feature] More /p stats xp #110

Feature Description: I feel like only being able to get XP from a menu really disincentivizes leveling, and could be confusing to new players. I suggest either using RPG weapons to kill mobs and/or killing mobs in the dungeons gives a small amount of XP (like 5 per archer, 10 per vindicator and 15 per evoker, with the boss giving like 100) to help make leveling up feel possible.

Benefit to the entire server: It would make players gain XP at a faster rate, encourage more dungeon raiding, and make levels feel attainable in both the short and long run. By making the leveling seem possible it could help retain new players. As it stands the RPG elements are really only accessible when you have full netherite. Giving them the option to level even just a little bit before they enter the actual dungeon will help this engagement issue.

Effect on game balance: Players would level up more, and thus get stronger, leading to a generally stronger playerbase, in both senses.
