[Feature] Making a /kit #112

Feature Description: I feel like implementing a /kit that could have say, full iron armor and tools for the new people that join, that way they’re not dying as easily when they first join to maybe help curve the new players instantly leaving.

Benefit to the entire server: It would give new players a better chance against any possible players and mobs they encounter when they go searching the world for a place to call home before being killed because they’re ill prepared.

Effect on game balance: I feel new players are way too weak, only spawning with race gear and a leather tunic, depending on race gear you select, most don’t do that great of damage, or even if they were to pick Elf (I’m unsure if that race comes with arrows) but they wouldn’t be able to use the bow if they had no arrows to start with, so maybe even adding in a half stack of arrows or something in the /kit with a bit of food, I think would help keep new players from dying and therefore not thinking about just quitting the server right after death.

I would like to add that the kits should be unique to each race. For example, wood elves could have a bundle for arrows and food with a set of leather armor (minus the helmet due to the crown). This would emphasize the long range type of play that the race would be built for. This would encourage teamwork, at least in the beginning, to cancel each race's weakness.

I feel leather armor is a bit weak given that the server difficulty is set on hard, I think an iron armor set would be fair, or maybe even chain mail, but I’m not sure how strong chain mail is and then giving some stone tools or a stone sword and wooden tools.
