[Feature] Whole new voting system #120

Feature Description: Instead of having a , low rewarding, sometimes works sometimes doesnt, crate system install a whole new voting system with more vote sites and a vote party system to encourage voting for better rewards than we have now!

Benefit to the entire server: This feature will encourage voting and encourage being on the server more, longer, for the vote party.

Effect on game balance: If it does it will affect it in a good way I believe bring in a new voting system will limit the crashes for the vote system and therefore cause less headache for you guys dealing with all the tickets about missing votes.

Psss... A better voting system is in the works. Can't say any details on it though.
