[Feature] Special Orders

Feature Description: I think it would be a good idea to be able to have reverse Auctions, essentially using a gui similar to the shop you pick out items to place in an order, how many of them you want, and how much you are willing to pay per piece. Then people can use special orders similar to the sell screen to start fulfilling them.

Benefit to the entire server: I think this would be a great way to begin to expand the Auction system and get people using it more, it'll allow for bulk gathering of resources with a clear way to make money for new comers if people have large build orders up for simple wood gathering or sand and the like. In the end I think it would be just another way to engage with the shop system.

Effect on game balance: I think it would mostly be on the same level as the auction itself, the only difference is we can start to get a better idea of what people are willing to pay for stuff. Instead of placing an auction just hoping we're in the ballpark of obtainable.

Ideal for a smaller update to the server. Like that you devs wont be stuck doing massive amounts of work all of the time. Always follow a big update by a smaller one to not wear you down as much and always take a break when needed.
