[Feature] Make the nether less laggy. #77

Feature Description: A less laggy nether and a nether that won't make me crash.

Benefit to the entire server: Players can explore , mine ,trade with the mobs and killing mobs in the nether.

Effect on game balance: No

The nether has been reset with the custom data pack removed. It is now just plain old vanilla 1.16.2 nether. There should be no lag in the future. If there are still lags please consult the "performance tuning" section in wiki.naturecraft.world to see if there are other problems causing the issue.
