Terrible performance on Chrome #85

The performance on Chrome is really bad. The explorer drawer opens for each of the pages and loads all the content (images, etc). This makes NN completely unresponsive for 20-30 seconds.

Lazy loading content, creating an explore page instead of an overlay, optimizing images, replacing images with icons, and aggregating markers will all helping to improve this.

Lazy loading, optimizing images, and moving explorer drawer to its own page have improved performance dramatically.

8 seconds vs 40 seconds (20% less time to load, no longer a function of the # of observations)

Added Map Clustering - the different markers are clustered at different zoom levels. It also uses standard Google icons instead of custom images overlayed.

Zoom Navigation now spends (20% of time idle, before it spent 3%)
Click Navigation is approximately 20x faster than zoom navigation.
1/2 memory usage (72-89MB range instead of 135-178MB)
