When you view a Design Idea or Design Challenge post in their corresponding tabs, you're allowed to dislike or like the post.
However, when you dislike or like a post and attempt to change your vote, this error will pop up. There is no way to dismiss this popup screen and you have to restart the app.
This error also occurs when you try to vote on one of your own posts.
