[Bug] Only choice for Project is Free Observation #6

  1. Carol account: Took 2 pictures on 8/15/16 of black cat on couch at my Silver Spring, MD home.
  2. Only project visible for me to save to was Free Observation.

This was a mistake in the database. I've enabled Waterways and Runoff for AWS users so they should also appear now.

Yup--now I see all three and successfully sent two photos to Runoff. A usability thing, though: When all three of the projects for which I'm "eligible" now appear on the app, I select one (Runoff in this case) but get no feedback that it is selected (like a color change to the text or something). Instead, when I select one, the choices all disappear and roll back up to Projects. Seems confusing.
