[x] Create a simple endpoint with json mock-data
[x] Check if requested bed belongs to given garden and company in database
[x] Query all crops/plants in a bed from gRPC
[x] Provide REST endpoint path: companies/{company_id}/gardens/{garden_id}/beds/{bed_id}/crops
