css fixes and new grid/flex structur due to naturerobots/HSOS-SEP-PlantMap-2022#148 naturerobots/HSOS-SEP-PlantMap-2022#150
created BaseLayout.vue and SplitLayout.vue
base refactoring and clean up :sparkles:
created new folders for components image-crop, map, sensor, sidebar, table
