[x] update FAFB14 templatebrain object when boundingbox is finalised
[x] dense_core_neurons to be updated to FAFB14 (after skeleton projection completed or perhaps just using xform_brain)
[x] update any objects that have a FAFB14 regtemplate set (surfaces?)
[x] update vignettes

Completed as of 36840954a3aa7d25c967a2a5f52b66bb32690631 (mostly in FAFB14 branch merged in 7207a48a66b4527fb48bcd62f7712b94a1370c81)
