@SridharJagannathan I'm merging this as it will be useful for other features inc #16. The coverage decreased, but I don't think I can add a live test as that would mean adding a token for flywire and I'm not yet sure to do that. You could do a mock test if you fancy, but I'm not sure it's a priority.

Sure, will take it up, been reading up a bit about neuroglancer and its pythonic interface, will aim to finish this/other issues by the end of the week.. :)
