based on #72 by @alexanderbates (the first two commits were also from him but went through too many rebases on my machine).

@alexanderbates I think this needs two things to complete

a test using a pre-skeletonised flywire neuron. pick something small and maybe even simplify or resample the skeleton to avoid having a large object embedded in the package. Perhaps "720575940634552750" duck that philipp has just worked on.
some consideration about whether a cleft.threshold argument like flywire_ntplot

@alexanderbates if you have any more features to add to this can you do so on this PR, not on #72 that is now abandoned and will soon be completely deleted.

Ah! They were named similarly and I did not immediately twig there were now two. I have added a test with your suggested, LHAV1a1, neuron.

@alexanderbates I realise that I forgot to point something out important here. The XYZ locations are in FAFBv14 space not flywire space.
