Import a ROI as a mesh #1

Hi, and thanks for sharing this package!

I wrote a little wrapper around api/roimeshes/mesh so people can extract ROI as meshes (for display, or to subset neuron objects).

Thanks for the feedback! I switched to readobj and it's indeed faster.
