A few changes in metadata pulling #2

In Neuprint, the "name" field has recently changed to "instance", and a useful "type" field as been added (even if it's sparsely populated). Those are small changes related to that:

name -> instance, and corrected a bug in neuprint_get_neuron_names
added 'type' field in the returned metadata of neuprint_get_meta
