prepost whether to look for partners presynaptic to postsynaptic to the given bodyids

except that choosing "PRE" gives you the downstream targets.

Changing to prepost = c("input","output")

@param prepost whether to look for "input" or "output" neurons of the specified \code{bodyids}.

Am hoping no-one is using this for anything important as just broken at the moment.
