@alexanderbates I have made a number of changes to incorporate changes to the neuprint data model in the December test release. I expect to merge these to master soon. @romainFr if you happen to have a moment to test it would be helpful to know if these changes have not disrupted the functionality you use against instances running on earlier data models.

I am merging this PR. I may have a bit more work to add on this branch, but I believe this is stable.
